Project Objectives:

Upgrade
forty (40) windows servers to Windows 2003 (Standard,
Enterprise, or Data Center), and make sure all other server
applications were up-to-date and functioning properly

Clean
up and maintenance Active Directory of 600 PCs and 2000+ users
in preparation for switching to Native Mode
-
Setup
clustered systems to increase redundancy for critical systems,
such as, Great Plains, Exchange 2003, and MS SQL server
-
Research,
get bids for, and implement standard antivirus package for
server complex and PCs – Choices came down to Symantec and
Trend Micro; we chose Symantec due to price, institutional
familiarity with the product, and the reduced footprint of
Symantec’s most recent client

MS DHCP, DNS and ISA Server 2006

Support
Apache HTTP Server running on Redhat Linux 5 Enterprise server

Lead
project to research and implement other Microsoft enterprise
software, such as, SharePoint, SMS and BizTalk Servers

From the summer of 2001 until the end of 2006 I
completed the coursework for my Ph.D. in history at The University
of Toledo. While doing this I taught at The University of Toledo

Toledo. I also worked as an independent contractor for several
